1. How do I make a confirmed booking at Martin Fields Beach Retreat?
You can make an instant confirmed booking by using the Online Booking Manager on the left-hand side of the website or by calling 08 9754 2001 with your accomodation requirements or by sending an email to
stay@martinfields.com.au with your full name, contact details, room requirements
and dates of your stay. Your booking is confirmed when the deposit has been received.
2. Are there charges for additional guests?
You are welcome to request accommodation for additional guests, please notify us of ALL extra guests - extra Adult charge is $49 and extra child under 12 is $29. Extra guest charge includes a cooked and continental breakfast in the guest dining room (excluding self-contained Eco Suite)
3. I would like to order an evening meal, how do I do this?
A delicious 3-course evening meal can be ordered for $25pp using the Online Booking Manager on the left-hand side of our website or email/call us for confirmation.
4. I am staying in the Eco Suite and would like to have breakfast and/or dinner in the guest dining room - how do I do this?
You can order breakfast or dinner when making your booking using the Online Booking Manager on the left-hand side of our website or email/call us for confirmation. Guests staying in the Eco Suite can enjoy a cooked and continental breakfast for $15pp and evening meals are $25pp. Subject to availability.
5. Can I change my reservation? Yes you can. To change your reservation, call 08 9754 2001.
You'll be asked for your reservation details that you used to book your stay.
6. Can I cancel my reservation? Yes you can. To cancel your reservation, call 08 9754 2001.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS
14 Days or more prior to check-in date - Full refund less $10 administration fee
7 - 13 Days prior to check-in date - 75% of accommodation cost
3 - 6 Days prior to check-in date - 50% of accommodation cost
72 Hours prior to check-in date or No Show - 0% Refund
7. How is Payment made? A valid Credit Card or bank deposit is required to book all accommodation.
You will be charged the remaining balance at check-in. Please note there is a $3 surcharge for credit card payments under $200.
